Whilst we constantly strive to ensure that our prices are checked regularly against our competitors, however it is impossible to track every other retailer’s prices all the time.
Normally we quote charges for delivery and assembly separately. This enables customers to see the true prices they are being charged.
We are well aware that many retailers offer ‘free delivery’ – however more often than not this offer is used with ‘exclusive’ products where direct comparisons are difficult to make.
If you can find the same product in another showroom at a cheaper price, we promise that we will match, if not beat that price provided that:
- The item you have seen at a lower price is identical to the item on display in our Forrest Furnishing showroom at time of order or lower than price we supplied via a website price enquiry.
- The item you have seen at a lower price is being sold as brand new boxed, and not as factory seconds or damaged / used goods
- The retailer advertising the item is genuine
- The item is currently available from the retailer advertising the item at a lower price
- The price is inclusive of VAT
- You can provide us with adequate information to confirm the price ourselves
*Prices listed by auction websites such as E-Bay are not covered by our Price Match Promise. Similarly our Price Match Promise applies only to items listed for sale at genuine furniture retailers.
Please note: Forrest Furnishing reserve the right not to uphold the Price Match Promise should doing so result in an overall loss for the company.

- The item ranges, names and product codes of your whole order where applicable.
- The price from the alternative retailer and adequate information for us to confirm.
- The website address where you found this price.
- Quantity of each item on your order
- Your contact telephone number
